Immigration Attorney
Joshua J. Wagner has been an esteemed member of the Florida legal community for over 17 years. A proud graduate of the University of Florida (UF), Mr. Wagner holds both a Bachelor of Science degree from UF and a J.D. from the Levin College of Law at UF.
Immediately after law school, he served as a prosecutor for the Seventh Judicial Circuit. Known for his formidable litigation skills, he quickly ascended the ranks to prosecute sensitive cases. During this time, Mr. Wagner honed his expertise in the courtroom, earning him the nickname "trial dog" among his peers.
Mr. Wagner grew up surfing all edges of the earth and became friends with many people from all of the world. This led him to establishing the immigration division of the firm. Mr. Wagner and the firm are committed to guiding individuals and families through the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.
In 2008, the residents of Volusia County's District 2 elected Mr. Wagner to represent their interests. Serving two terms until 2016, he left the County Council with high acclaim for his dedicated service to the community.
Mr. Wagner and his wife Jennifer are fifth-generation Volusia County residents. They are the proud parents of two children and are deeply committed to giving back to the Daytona Beach and Volusia County communities—a place their families have called home for over a century.
